Yes. Calls, emails, quotes and the site itself can all be in English. We're based in Coppet, between Geneva and Nyon, and a good part of the region's business runs in English. Your site can also be bilingual French and English if your customers are split — that falls under the Bespoke plan.
Seven working days from the moment you approve the mockup — not from the order. The design phase takes as long as it needs: you adjust as much as you like, with no clock running. The day you say "this is right", the seven days begin.
That applies to the Essential plan; allow two weeks for Pro, and a schedule agreed together for a bespoke project. In every case the date is written into your quote, and it commits us contractually.
